The private company PROEN has been established in year 1995 in accordance with the Commercial Code reading its following regulations.

The propretiers of the company and managing directors are MSc. Michal Fabuš, MSc. Iva Fabušová and MSc. Michal Fabuš, PhD.

The company is registered at Bussiness Register on County Court, Bratislava I, Series: Sro, Inlay Nr.: 14660/B

The main areas of company activities are consulting in energy and environment, project development, project management and municipal public relations in the field of power supply and environment, using the knowledge and experiences of particular experts in above mentioned areas of expertise.

The private company PROEN Bratislava in its actual shape has been working since January 1997, but the team of consultants has been continuing its activities for more than 15 years until now, in the field of environment and energy savings.

The private company PROEN Bratislava has established a filial company PROBIOENERGY Inc. in year 2007, with the focus on engineering and constructing technological facilities for biogas producing,  biogas sale and using of biogas for combined production of electricity and heat.

PROEN Bratislava, as a counselling company, is registered with the European Commission in the CCR, and thus is eligible to participate on tenders called by EC. The registration number is SLK°22557.

PROEN is a member of the Association of Industrial Ecology in Slovakia (ASPEK).

PROEN is a member of the Association of Energy Managers of Slovakia (ASENEM).
